hi this is kat and i  am writing essay at home and i have this dog that has a lot of ticks and lice i don't know what to do i always wash pet with this product called shelguard and shampoo his hair and lastly powder him with anti tick and lice but nothing happens only the big ticks and lice die but thier egg wiil grow after a week what should i do help please
